My career sits at a rare intersection: PhD in Industrial Symbiosis, six years in government (including as Portugal's Secretary of State for the Environment, where I led the country's first Circular Economy Action Plan), and nearly four years leading Advisory Sustainability at Deloitte Portugal. I've worked at every layer — research bench, policy table, boardroom. I work with C-suites and Boards to move beyond compliance into genuine transformation: circular economy strategy, ESG integration, carbon management, double materiality, sustainable finance.
