Miguel Hinostroza is a researcher at the Centre for Marine Technology and Ocean Engineering (CENTEC) in the group of marine dynamics and hydrodynamics, Instituto Superior Técnico, University of Lisbon. He has been involved in design and operation of autonomous surface vehicles, focusing on motion planning, guidance and control systems. He also has experiences in full-scale tests, model test and numerical simulations.
