I hold a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, specializing in Systems. Driven by curiosity, I am passionate about understanding how everything works — ranging from the smallest components and physical phenomena to integrating these elements into systems and products. I am always eager to learn more and contribute with creative and innovative solutions to tackle complex challenges, particularly those directly impacting society. My Master’s thesis focused on developing a neuronavigation system for brain surgery, offering invaluable hands-on experience with state-of-the-art hardware. Additionally, my involvement in the Formula Student competition provided a unique opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge to the design, development, assembly, and maintenance of real-world systems, significantly broadening my skill set beyond the academic curriculum.
