Born in Lisbon, Portugal, in 1987. Received the M.Sc. degree in electronic engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, Technical University of Lisbon (IST/UTL), in 2011. He is currently a Ph.D. student in electrical and computer engineering at IST/UTL researching velocity induced eddy current testing.
