Joana Coutinho completed her PhD in Chemistry by Universidade de Lisboa/Instituto Superior Técnico and Universitat de València/Institut de Ciència Molecular in November 2017. The main goal of her PhD research work was to study the magnetism of f-elements' Single-Molecule Magnets, through the elucidation of the parameters that favor this behaviour. After her defense she has embraced a new project and is now focused in understanding the spatial and temporal variability and phenomenology of the fine atmospheric aerosols regarding their chemical composition.
