I am a tenured assistant professor of Information Systems at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (DEI) at Instituto Superior Técnico (IST), University of Lisbon, Portugal, where I lecture on enterprise architecture, business process management, and conceptual modelling. The focus of my research is the application of (semantic) techniques to aid the representation, analysis, and design of enterprise models. My core research areas include enterprise architecture, enterprise modelling, business process modelling, and data analytics.
