Representação de Indicadores Chave de Performance na Framework ArchiMate

ne of the main directives of an organization is to be successful at its business field. To accomplish this success, organizations are constantly increasing their level of information and technology systems to support their needs. Based on this reality it has been developed a set of frameworks for enterprise architectures that allow the formal representation of these architectures and ensure their control, maintenance and evolution. However, it is necessary to constantly measure and monitor the status of previously designed and implemented business processes and their alignment with organization goals, for ensure the success of an organization. This control can be accomplished by defining Key Performance Indicators, usually entitled as KPIs. Currently, these indicators are normally not representable at architecture level because they are not covered in the majority existing frameworks. This work aims to cover this gap, allowing the creation of a meta-model for KPIs representation in the ArchiMate framework.
