Abstract
The evaluation and identification of measurement for sustainable construction, according to the Portuguese voluntary evaluation system LiderA, namely for the specific construction of the Island of São Miguel in the Azores (Portugal), specifically attached house in Ribeira Grande is the subject of this thesis. The thesis began with a bibliographical review of the sustainable construction of the constructive evolution, chronologically dated from the eighteenth to the twenty-first century of the city of Ribeira Grande. Next, a statistical survey of the edified city was carried out. Subsequently, it was selected by the representativeness and access to information the housing to be studied. As a way of representing and later analyzing its behavior according to certain parameters, under the numerical strand the three-dimensional model of housing in Revit was developed. The model allowed to model the values of the electric energy consumption obtained by the "numerical" method through the energy analysis performed by Revit This model supported the evaluation through the methodology of the LiderA System applied to the case of attached house. Based on this evaluation, we selected proposals for housing measures under analysis with the purpose of improving the classification assigned by the LiderA System. These improvements in the LiderA class contribute to the create value, incorporate environmentally friendly and sustainable solutions that are viable in the face of savings during the operation, highlighting sustainability opportunities and challenges.
