I have received B.Sc. and M.Sc. degree from University of Burdwan, India and earned my PhD in inorganic chemistry under the supervision of Prof. Jubaraj Bikash Baruah in 2009 from the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati, India. Afterward, I worked as a postdoctoral research associate in the groups of the Prof. Israel Goldberg (Tel Aviv University, Israel) and Prof. Lars Öhrström (Chalmers University Of Technology, Sweden). Currently I am FCT postdoctoral fellow in Prof. Armando J. L. Pombeiro’s research group at Centro de Química Estrutural, Instituto Superior Técnico, Portugal. My main research interests include design and synthesis of metal organic frameworks, Heterogeneous catalysis, Crystal Engineering and Host-Guest Chemistry. So far I have published 62 research articles in international journals, one book chapter and one conference proceedings.
