I am an Invited Assistant Professor at Instituto Superior Técnico - Universidade de Lisboa, researcher at the Distributed Systems Group (GSD) of INESC-ID, and a member of the BIG ERA Chair Team. I have a BSc and a MSc in Informatics Engineering from Faculdade de Ciências da Universidade de Lisboa and a PhD in Computer Sciences and Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico. As a researcher, I participated in the following projects: PATI, SITAN, SafeCloud, SEAL, and BIG ERA Chair. My research interests are related to distributed systems, cybersecurity, and cloud. More specifically, I have been researching novel intrusion recovery methods for applications and systems running in the cloud environment.
