Pedro Viegas earned his PhD degree in École Polytechnique, France, in 2018. After his PhD, Pedro worked at DIFFER, The Netherlands, and at Masaryk University, Czech Republic. Pedro became engaged with energy research and specialized in modelling plasmas for sustainable electrochemical conversion. In March 2022, Pedro started working at IST, University of Lisbon, Portugal, with increasing engagement in teaching, student supervision and the development of new projects on plasma electrochemical conversion.
