Assistant researcher and Invited Assistant Professor at IST. MSc in Economics and PhD in Environmental Science from the University of Lisbon. Main domain of specialization: ecological impact assessment modelling of land use using process-based modelling, remote sensing, machine learning and Life Cycle Assessment (LCA). Specializes on sustainable food products and agriculture, particularly pasture-based livestock production. Academic and consulting experience in the agri-food business. Currently PI of projects “LEANMeat” and “GrassData”, funded by FCT.
