Nuno Roma received the Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Computer Eng. (ECE) from Instituto Superior Técnico (IST) in 2008. He is an Associate Professor with the Dept. of ECE of IST and a Senior Researcher of the High Performance Computing Architectures and Systems (HPCAS) group of INESC-ID. His research interests include computer architectures, specialized/dedicated structures, energy-aware computing, parallel processing and high-performance computing systems. He contributed to more than 120 manuscripts. Dr. Roma is a Senior Member of both IEEE and ACM.
