I am interested in structural optimization solutions for stress, buckling and vibroacoustic problems in mechanical components. Part of my research has been focused on topology optimization, periodic structures, Euler buckling, structural vibration, acoustic fluid-Structure interaction, phononics (band gap applications), Cork composite (applications in Dynamic), FE model validation, Force Identification (Inverse Problems) and Rotordynamics.
